YOGA BASICS CLASS


Thursday, October 4 OR Wednesday, October 17

7:30pm - 9:00pm

Awakening Health Clinic, 4300 Upper Middle Road, Burlington


This class is designed for the absolute beginner. 

No previous experience is necessary and all fitness/skill levels are welcome. Whether you’ve ever stepped in a yoga studio before or not, this 1.5 hour session will walk you through:

  • what to expect in an average yoga studio class,

  • introduce you to the basic foundations of yoga postures

  • give you a chance to ask your specific questions in a safe environment.

  • provide you the confidence to check out classes in your local area.

  • AND we’ll move! You’ll leave relaxed, & energized!


    Cost: $20

    • This cost will help cover the studio rental, liability insurance fees, class handouts and other program expenses.

    • You can pay by emailing clhesselink@yahoo.com for a direct e-transfer. (you can make the password: yoga) Once you’ve filled in the registration form below and paid, your spot is reserved!!

I only have 12 spots per class available, so I hope you can register early to reserve your spot.
